Today's post will be about the outfit Zoe is wearing and the recipe of the cupcakes in her latest video: Funfetti Cupcakes.
So let's just get into it.
Pre-Heat the oven to 170 degrees celsius and bake for 20 minutes!
The Basic Cupcake Recipe:
125g caster sugar
125g self raising flour
2 large free range eggs
125g unsalted butter
¼ teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
1 ½ tablespoons of milk
¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
And then add as many sprinkles as you like!
Buttercream Icing:
335g icing sugar
150g unsalted butter
1- 2 tablespoons of whole milk
¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
Sprinkles to top!
